Yes. Tell us where you'd like to stop when you book — the Bang Pakong rest area, Nong Mon Market or Khao Chi Chan are common choices — and the driver builds the time into the schedule. Short stops on the normal route are not charged extra; longer detours are quoted in advance so there are no surprises.

It works well. Leaving Bangkok around 07:00 puts you in Pattaya before 10:00, giving a full day before an evening return. Our rate is per trip, so a return journey counts as two. If you want the van and driver to stay with you all day, ask for a full-day charter quote instead.

Most guests simply book two separate one-way trips — dropped off on arrival day, collected on the day they leave — which means no driver accommodation to worry about. If you'd rather keep the van with your group for a multi-day trip, that's priced as a daily charter plus the driver's accommodation. A Toyota Commuter is configured for 9 to 13 seats. In the 9-seat layout there is comfortable room for roughly 8–9 large suitcases behind the last row; with all 13 seats in place, luggage space drops sharply. A Toyota Alphard carries 6–7 passengers and about 3–4 large cases. Tell us your passenger and bag count when booking and we will say honestly whether one van is enough or you need two.

Yes. Cancel at least 3 days before travel and the deposit is refunded in full. Date changes carry the same deposit across, subject to availability on the new date. Tell us as early as you can, especially around Thai public holidays and long weekends when vans book out quickly.

Yes. We treat Bangkok and both airports as the same origin zone, so it is ฿3,600 in a Commuter and ฿8,500 in an Alphard either way. The driver meets you in arrivals with a name board and we track your actual landing time, so a normal flight delay does not add a waiting charge.

Most of our drivers handle basic English — enough for routes, timings and pickup points. If you need a driver with stronger English, or the trip involves a lot of explanation, ask when you book: we will try to arrange it and tell you plainly if we cannot. Our private van taxi from Bangkok to Pattaya is a fixed price per vehicle, one way: Toyota Commuter ฿3,600 (9–13 seats) or Toyota Alphard ฿8,500 (6–7 seats), including driver, fuel, tolls and drinking water — no meter and no surcharge for luggage. Pickup from Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang airport is the same fare. The return from Pattaya costs the same.

If the van and driver stay with your group all day (same-day return or sightseeing stops), packages start at 10 hours · 300 km (Commuter ฿6,450 / Alphard ฿15,350). Extra time is ฿300 per hour for the Commuter or ฿600 per hour for the Alphard, and extra distance is ฿25/km (Commuter) or ฿45/km (Alphard). Entrance tickets are extra, and if you add stops or change plans along the way, we always tell you the price difference first. One-way transfers (Commuter ฿3,600 / Alphard ฿8,500) are a fixed fare with no extra time or distance charges.
