Laem Chabang Port is in Chonburi province, about 106 km from Bangkok or one and a half to two hours via Motorway 7. It is both Thailand's largest commercial port and a cruise terminal receiving visitors from around the world. Kingtocar provides private van transfers to Laem Chabang with a driver at one flat price. Laem Chabang Cruise Terminal
The passenger terminal has a drop-off area at the front. Arrive at least two hours before the boarding cut-off to allow for immigration and baggage screening.
Laem Chabang Commercial Port
Thailand's largest container port. Entry requires a pass or letter of invitation, so have documents and an internal contact number ready for the driver before the checkpoint.
Pattaya and North Pattaya
Around 20 to 25 minutes from Laem Chabang. Many cruise passengers stay or sightsee in Pattaya before or after sailing, and this can be combined in one booking.
Pattaya Floating Market
A convenient attraction near the port for passengers with a spare half day before boarding, taking one to two hours to walk with ample parking.
Wat Yansangwararam
A large temple complex between Laem Chabang and Sattahip with spacious shaded grounds, a grand chedi and elegant halls — a pleasant stop en route.
U-Tapao Airport
About 45 minutes from Laem Chabang. Some passengers fly into U-Tapao and transfer to the ship by road; we serve that route too — send your flight details and we will set the pick-up time.

How long from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Laem Chabang Port?
About one and a half to two hours via Motorway 7, or up to two and a half in rush hour or on a Friday evening. Plan to reach the terminal at least two hours before the boarding cut-off.
Is ฿3,300 per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. A Toyota Commuter seats 9 to 13 passengers for ฿3,300 per trip, including fuel, motorway and expressway tolls, the driver and bottled water, with nothing collected at the destination.
Will the driver wait if my flight is delayed?
Yes. We monitor your flight and the driver adjusts, with no waiting charge in normal circumstances. Just give us the flight number at booking and keep your phone reachable so the driver can find you at the meeting point.
Can you transport crew or business groups into the commercial port?
Yes, though entry to the commercial port requires a pass or letter of invitation from a company inside. Prepare the documents and an internal contact number for the driver so the checkpoint goes quickly.
Can we sightsee in Pattaya before boarding?
Yes — Pattaya is only 20 to 25 minutes from the port. An hourly charter gives the most flexibility: six hours at ฿4,250 for a Commuter covers a morning in Pattaya and an afternoon drop at the terminal.
On a full-day charter, what if we go over the time or distance?
If the van and driver stay with your group all day (same-day return or sightseeing stops), packages start at 9 hours · 270 km (Commuter ฿5,900 / Alphard ฿14,050). Extra time is ฿300 per hour for the Commuter or ฿600 per hour for the Alphard, and extra distance is ฿25/km (Commuter) or ฿45/km (Alphard). Entrance tickets are extra, and if you add stops or change plans along the way, we always tell you the price difference first. One-way transfers (Commuter ฿3,300 / Alphard ฿8,500) are a fixed fare with no extra time or distance charges.
