Royal Thai Air Force Museum
Right beside the airport on Phahonyothin Road, free to enter, open 08:00-16:00 (closed on public holidays). A genuinely good way to fill a morning before an afternoon flight, with vintage aircraft parked indoors and outdoors.
Chatuchak Weekend Market & Or Tor Kor Market
About 13-15 km from DMK and directly on the way into town. Chatuchak is at its best on Saturday and Sunday; Or Tor Kor across the road is a fresh-produce market open daily and easy to stop at with luggage in the van.
Krung Thep Aphiwat Central Terminal (Bang Sue)
Bangkok's main rail hub for long-distance and Red Line trains, roughly halfway between the airport and the city centre. A common drop-off for travellers connecting straight on to another province.
IMPACT Muang Thong Thani
Around 10 km from DMK, usually 20-30 minutes. The go-to destination for anyone flying in for a concert, expo or trade fair — you can go from arrivals to the venue entrance in one ride.
Future Park Rangsit & Dream World
North of the airport, another 15-25 km up Vibhavadi Rangsit Road. Worth knowing about if you are travelling with children and want a theme park day before heading into central Bangkok.
Ayutthaya
About 60-80 km north of Don Mueang, roughly 1-1.5 hours by road. Many travellers skip the city entirely and head straight from the airport to the UNESCO-listed old capital.

Met inside the terminal
Send us your flight number and arrival time and the driver checks the actual landing time before leaving. You walk out of the arrivals hall and the van is already there, not circling the car park.
Room for real luggage
The Commuter's rear seats fold down for several large suitcases, which suits groups arriving off a long-haul flight. The Alphard has softer seating and works better for small groups who want comfort after a red-eye.
One vehicle, one arrival time
A group of 8-10 people doesn't need to split across two or three taxis and wait for stragglers at the hotel. Everyone rides together for a single fare that is easy to split.

Frequently asked questions
What do the ฿1,500 and ฿3,500 fares include? Any extra charges on the day?
Both are flat fares per trip and already include fuel, expressway tolls, the driver and bottled water. ฿1,500 is the 9-13 seat Toyota Commuter and ฿3,500 the 6-7 seat Toyota Alphard. If anything falls outside the agreed job — a much longer wait, or an extra drop-off far off the route — we tell you the cost before it happens, never after.
How long does the drive into Bangkok take, and when should I leave for my flight?
It is around 25 km. With clear roads that is roughly 30-40 minutes, but in rush hour it can stretch to 1-1.5 hours. Going to the airport, plan to leave your hotel 3 hours before a domestic departure and 4 hours before an international one so you still have time for check-in and bag drop.
My flight is delayed — will the driver wait, and does it cost extra?
Give us your flight number when you book and the driver checks the real landing time before setting off, so a normal delay costs nothing extra. For long delays or a cancelled flight, message us on LINE as soon as you can and we will move the booking. If a genuinely unusual wait is involved, we quote it to you first.
Can we stop on the way, and how does a return trip work?
Short stops are fine — a convenience store, a quick snack, or picking up a friend somewhere along the same route. Just mention it when booking so we allow time. Return journeys are simply priced per trip, so an airport pickup now and a drop-off later in the week counts as two. If you want the van with you all day or overnight outside Bangkok, send us the itinerary and we will quote a day-charter rate.
How do I book, what deposit is needed, and how many passengers fit?
Message LINE @kingtocar or call 084-709-3719 with your date, time, flight number, terminal, destination, and the number of passengers and bags. A 50% deposit confirms the booking and the balance is paid on the day. The Commuter seats 9-13 depending on the seating layout, the Alphard 6-7. Tell us how many large suitcases you have and we will advise which vehicle fits.
On a full-day charter, what if we go over the time or distance?
If the van and driver stay with your group all day (same-day return or sightseeing stops), packages start at 3 hours · 90 km (Commuter ฿2,400 / Alphard ฿6,000). Extra time is ฿300 per hour for the Commuter or ฿600 per hour for the Alphard, and extra distance is ฿25/km (Commuter) or ฿45/km (Alphard). Entrance tickets are extra, and if you add stops or change plans along the way, we always tell you the price difference first. One-way transfers (Commuter ฿1,500 / Alphard ฿3,500) are a fixed fare with no extra time or distance charges.
